It's an outraging world, introducing second new Sonic game due out this year, Sonic Shuffle, also known as Sonic Square and Sonic Party. Basically, the whole game is a Mario Party idea where you have travel around in the world and play mini-games to proceed.
So Sonic Shuffle has eight characters, Sonic, Tails, Knuckles and most of all, Amy with other four so-called secret characters. A better new villain, called Void wants the Precioustones which is made up for people's hopes and dreams (ain't this from NiGHTS into Dreams?) so it's another huge battle against him (is it her?). Illumina, the Guardina Angel summoned Sonic and his friends to try and restore the Precioustones.
It is also said there are more than 50 well known mini-games, basketball, shooting enemies, running away from a tornado, escaping from alligators, board-game-like areas and many more. Imagine that, more than 50 which could take lots of time to puzzle out the game.
The graphics looked extremely cool with the 3D graphics but the characters look a bit odd, as if from papers. For the music itself, I can't say anything about it since I haven't heard the background music and sound effects yet.
But, the bad news is that there won't be a network support for this game which affect majority of the users. This has been confirmed by Sega despite what other websites reported.
