Sonic & Knuckles Collection is
a CD that has the compilation of Sonic the Hedgehog 3, Sonic
& Knuckles and Sonic 3 & Knuckles from Genesis. Sonic 3
& Knuckles is the result of the 'Lock-On' technology from
Genesis.
Graphics - 9
They are almost the same as the original Sonic games from
Genesis. I don't notice anything different.
Music - 9
The background music are of course from the Genesis games so
there aren't going to be any difference. The music still maintain
their good songs.
Gameplay - 10
If you start playing, I recommend starting off with Sonic 3 &
Knuckles. This combined game can be played by any of the three
characters, Sonic, Tails or Knuckles. Three of them can go to the
beautifully designed levels, 3D special stages, bonus levels to
collect rings and play in a 2 player split-mode style. There are
14 Emeralds to collect to become the ultimate Super Sonic, Hyper
Sonic, Super Tails, Super Knuckles or Hyper Knuckles! Wow! That's
a quite a lot! Also, collecting all Emeralds is not an easy task.
Replayability - 9
Some Emeralds are hard to obtain so that should keep you coming
back and keep on playing until you become the true master of
Sonic 3 & Knuckles!
Overall - 9
This is truly a fun game of Sonic the Hedgehog. Fans of Sonic the
Hedgehog and action gamers are recommended to buy this game now!
